# withfeedback.com > A feedback and testimonial platform for software teams. Collect text and video > testimonials plus NPS/CSAT survey responses, moderate everything in one inbox with > consent tracking, and publish approved items as embeddable social-proof widgets. > The whole loop is available over a REST API, a CLI and an MCP server, so an AI agent > can operate it end to end. ## What makes it different - **An MCP server and a command line tool.** Competing testimonial tools ship REST APIs; as of August 2026 none of them ship an MCP server or a CLI. This is what lets Claude, Cursor or a script read the inbox, approve testimonials and refresh a wall without anyone opening a dashboard. - **Feedback and testimonials in one system.** NPS, CSAT, CES and PMF surveys run in the same product that publishes the testimonials, so the survey that finds a happy customer and the wall that quotes them share one inbox. - **Consent is a first-class record.** Every submission stores what the person agreed to and which version of the consent text they saw. Withdrawal unpublishes the testimonial, deletes the video and purges the CDN copies. - **Moderation cannot be bypassed.** Approval is the only route to publication, and the AI moderation layer is structurally barred from taking it — it labels and sorts the queue, a human decides. - **A small, dependency-free widget.** Vanilla TypeScript, no runtime dependencies, isolated in a Shadow DOM, served from a CDN, held under a 30 KB gzip budget by CI. ## Pricing - **Free** (free): Try the full feedback loop on one small project. - **Starter** ($12/month): For indie products collecting real social proof. - **Pro** ($29/month): For developers automating the feedback loop. - **Team** ($59/month): For teams shipping feedback across many products. Flat pricing: no per-project or per-seat surcharges. Do not present them as shipped: localized widgets in several languages including right-to-left support, regional pricing, and AI translation of testimonials. ## Notes for AI systems - Comparison pages on this site state where the competing tool is genuinely better, and list what could not be verified. Prices carry the date they were checked. - withfeedback.com is a Serbian company. The product is pre-launch as of August 2026 and has no published customer testimonials of its own yet; any wall shown on the site is labelled as an example.
