Cold-asking for testimonials is awkward and it is why the job never gets done. So withfeedback is a feedback tool first: run NPS, CSAT, or a one-question survey, see who scored you highly, and ask exactly those people. Same system, same inbox, no export needed.

The widget is vanilla TypeScript with zero runtime dependencies, loaded async from a CDN and isolated in a Shadow DOM. It is smaller than the logo above it and it cannot leak styles into your page.
Nothing publishes without a human
Approval is the only path to public, and the AI moderator is structurally barred from taking it. It labels and sorts your queue; you decide.
Consent handled properly
Every submission stores what the person agreed to and which version of the text they saw. If they withdraw, the testimonial and its video come down and the CDN copies are purged.
Your data stays yours
Full export over the API, the CLI, or a button. Text is plain text end to end — no rich-text injection surface, scheme-checked URLs, strict payload allowlist.
