Feedback and NPS are built in
Senja collects testimonials only — it has no NPS, CSAT or survey capability of any kind. We run the survey that finds your happy customers and publish their words from the same inbox.
The whole loop is scriptable, with an audit trail
Senja also connects to Claude over MCP, so agent access is not the difference. Ours covers the full loop — surveys, moderation, publishing — with moderation as a separately scoped permission and every agent action attributed in the audit trail.
No per-project or per-seat surcharge
Senja's Pro plan adds $10/month per extra project and $5/month per extra seat. Ours is flat.
