Comparison

withfeedback vs Senja

Senja is a mature, well-liked testimonial tool with the deepest widget library in the category. It is a genuinely good product, and if you want twenty ready-made wall layouts it is the better choice today.

Choose Senja

Creators who want the widest choice of ready-made widget designs and the largest library of import sources, and who do not need surveys.

Choose withfeedback

Builders who want the feedback loop and the testimonials in one system, a predictable flat price across several projects, and the ability to drive the whole thing from Claude, Cursor or a script.

Being straight with you

Where Senja is the better choice

You are comparing tools, so you will check what we say. Here is what Senja genuinely does better than we do today.

20+ widget templates

Far more display variety than our two. If layout choice is your priority, they win outright.

30+ import sources

Google Reviews, LinkedIn, Product Hunt and more, plus a Chrome extension for bulk import.

Four years in market

An established brand with a large customer base and a mature free tier.

Testimonials in 20 languages

Their widget auto-translates into the viewer's browser language across 20 languages, and Pro also translates the testimonial text itself. We have specified localization but have not shipped it yet, so today this is theirs.

A native MCP server

Senja connects to Claude through its own MCP connector. We are not first here, and it would be wrong to imply otherwise.

The difference

Where withfeedback is the better choice

Feedback and NPS are built in

Senja collects testimonials only — it has no NPS, CSAT or survey capability of any kind. We run the survey that finds your happy customers and publish their words from the same inbox.

The whole loop is scriptable, with an audit trail

Senja also connects to Claude over MCP, so agent access is not the difference. Ours covers the full loop — surveys, moderation, publishing — with moderation as a separately scoped permission and every agent action attributed in the audit trail.

No per-project or per-seat surcharge

Senja's Pro plan adds $10/month per extra project and $5/month per extra seat. Ours is flat.

A 2.6 KB widget

We publish our bundle size. Senja does not publish theirs.

Versioned consent records

Every submission stores what the person agreed to. If they withdraw, the testimonial and its video come down and the CDN copies are purged.

What we could not verify

We would rather leave a gap than guess at a competitor's product.

  • Senja's video length and file size limits are not documented publicly.
  • Whether Senja operates a moderation or consent workflow internally — it is simply not documented.
